Left alone, an AI ranks by how urgent the language sounds and hands you back the three loudest emails. The skill is the ban list. Say what does not count: anything with no stated deadline, anything already delegated and moving, anything that is your executive's decision rather than yours, anything urgent only because it arrived in capital letters. Then ban the sneakiest move of all, inventing a deadline to justify a pick. What survives the rules is a real top three, and the excluded list is worth reading too.
