Acceptable Use Policy
Effective July 30, 2026 · Part of the Terms of Service.
Plain-language summary; not a substitute for legal review.
You agree not to use the Service, or any output from it, to do — or help anyone do — the following:
Discrimination and misrepresentation
- Discriminate against, target, or exclude anyone on the basis of a protected class, in any use of the Service.
- Publish AI output as fact without verifying it, or in a way that misrepresents a property, a price, a deadline, or your professional role.
- Upload protected health information, government identifiers, or account numbers, or paste client, patient, or employee records you have not de-identified or are not permitted to disclose.
- Distribute a draft as a faithful record — minutes, a commitment tracker, an attendee brief — without checking every time, owner, quotation, and figure against the source it came from.
- Present output as sent, scheduled, agreed, or approved by anyone, or use it to state a commitment, a decision, or a fact about a person that the underlying source does not support.
Unlawful and abusive use
- Violate any law, professional rule, or code of ethics that applies to your work.
- Infringe others’ rights, submit others’ personal data without authorization, or attempt to breach security, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Human review
Every output is a draft. You are responsible for having a qualified person review and approve content before it is published or relied upon. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
