Close the day in five minutes

Lesson 4 of 6 · The Daily Rhythm

1 · Learn the move · Fact-check list

"Moved" is a claim, and by 6pm you cannot reliably separate what you did from what you meant to do. The close has three sections, moved, stuck, tomorrow, and one rule: nothing enters MOVED without evidence you can point at, a sent item, a calendar entry, a reply. Make the AI check every claim against the pastes and mark it VERIFIED with the evidence line or NOT VERIFIED. Unverified drops to STUCK. It is never allowed to promote a status, and it will want to.

Close my day. Three sections: MOVED, STUCK, TOMORROW. For every item I claim I moved, check it against the master list and my sent-items paste and mark it VERIFIED with the evidence line, or NOT VERIFIED. Anything not verified goes to STUCK, no exceptions. Do not upgrade a status and do not invent evidence.

2 · Your turn. You write the prompt

It's 6:10pm Wednesday and you are typing the close from memory. That is how "emailed the caterer" became "confirmed" in July, and the board lunch showed up with coffee and nothing else. Write a prompt that makes the AI check every claim before it writes it down.

Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.

Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
