The meeting ends, they get in the car, and by the next stop half of it is gone. The template beats memory: one fixed shape, the same fields every time, decisions, commitments made, commitments received, dates named, open threads, who else needs to know. You talk it in, the template catches it. Fields nobody covered come back as [NEEDS: ...] rather than smoothed over, because a capture with invented entries feeds an invented master list, and every tracker downstream inherits the invention.

Ray comes out of the 2:00 with four commitments made, two received, and one date nobody wrote down. He has six minutes before his next call, and you catch him in the hallway with your phone recording. Write a prompt that turns ninety seconds of hallway talk into a capture that feeds the master list.
