Packet, minutes, follow-up. Three jobs, one meeting, and the handoffs are where things get dropped. Chaining runs them as ordered steps with a stop between each: the AI produces step one's artifact, waits for you to confirm or correct it, then feeds the confirmed version forward. Never let it run all three unattended, because a wrong attendee title in the packet would ride into the minutes and out into the follow-up email to eleven people. The chain saves you the retyping. The stops keep the mistakes small.
Run this as a chain with a stop after each step. STEP 1: build the packet from my notes, then STOP and wait for my corrections. STEP 2: on my go, take the corrected packet plus the transcript and produce minutes, then STOP. STEP 3: on my go, produce the follow-up drafts from the confirmed minutes only. Never carry a fact forward that I corrected. Never run two steps in one turn. [notes, then transcript, supplied at each step]

The Thursday finance committee needs a packet Wednesday, minutes Thursday night, and follow-up drafts Friday morning. Last quarter a wrong attendee title rode from the packet all the way into the follow-up email that went to eleven people. Write a prompt that chains the three steps with a checkpoint between each.
