Name the asks before they walk in

Every meeting has an ask, and half the time nobody has said it out loud yet. The cognitive verifier makes the AI work in steps: pull the explicit asks first, then the implied ones with the line that implies them, then, and this is the part that saves you, the WHAT'S UNCLEAR list, everything it could not determine from what you pasted. That last list is the brief's most useful section. It tells your executive which question to ask in the first two minutes, before anybody has committed to anything.
Work in three steps. STEP 1: every explicit ask in the pasted thread and agenda, each quoting the line it came from. STEP 2: implied asks, each quoting the line that implies it and labeled IMPLIED, no inference beyond one step. STEP 3: WHAT'S UNCLEAR, everything you can't determine from these sources, phrased as the question my executive should ask in the first two minutes. No conclusions before step 3. [thread + agenda]
2 · Your turn. You write the prompt
Coastal Dining's agenda for Tuesday says "partnership discussion," which means they want something and haven't named it. Ray walks in at 10:00. Write a prompt that pulls the asks out of the thread and, more usefully, lists what can't be determined from it.
