The 90 percent tracker

Lesson 4 of 6 · Minutes & Actions

1 · Learn the move · Template pattern

Taking the minutes is the easy half. The job is the six weeks after, when eleven commitments out of four meetings all come due and nobody remembers who owns which. The template does the remembering: commitment, owner, due date, source meeting and date, status, last nudge, closed date. Same shape every meeting, so rows stack into one tracker instead of eleven documents. On-time percentage gets computed from the rows you marked closed, never estimated, and a row you haven't marked stays open no matter how confident the AI is.

Merge these action rows into my standing tracker, one row per commitment: ID | Commitment | Owner | Due | Source meeting + date | Status | Last nudge | Closed date. Status comes only from what I marked, never inferred from the date passing. Compute on-time percentage from closed rows only and show the fraction. Rows with [NEEDS: owner] or [NEEDS: due date] are excluded from the percentage and listed separately.

2 · Your turn. You write the prompt

Four meetings in eleven days produced 23 commitments, and in Monday's huddle Angela asked what percentage of them landed on time. You didn't know. Write a prompt that builds the tracker so that next month you do.

Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.

Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
