This drill is the whole door in one exercise. You have a transcript and you have draft minutes, and the question is never whether the minutes read well, it's whether every commitment inside them actually happened. Point the AI at the draft as an adversary: for each commitment, find the transcript line that supports it and quote it, or mark it UNSUPPORTED. Overstated, misattributed, invented date, each gets its own label. Run it on your own minutes first, which stings, then on minutes you inherit. Nothing ships until the audit reads clean.
Audit these draft minutes against the transcript. Don't improve them, hunt. STEP 1: list every commitment, decision, owner, date, figure, and attributed statement in the draft, numbered. STEP 2: verdict each one, SUPPORTED with the verbatim quote, OVERSTATED, MISATTRIBUTED, DATE-INVENTED, or UNSUPPORTED. STEP 3: the reverse pass, commitments in the transcript missing from the draft. STEP 4: SAFE TO SEND or DO NOT SEND with a count. [draft minutes, then full transcript]

Draft minutes from Tuesday say Nadia committed to a Nov 1 vendor decision. You were in the room and you don't remember that date being spoken. The minutes go to seven people and into the tracker in an hour. Write a prompt that audits the draft against the transcript before either happens.
