Lesson 5 of 6 · Front Office & Events

1 · Learn the move · Verified-data override

The rollup is where honest survey data goes to get quietly improved. Verified-data override stops that. Every count carries its denominator, fourteen of fifty-two responses, never "many staff." Every theme is built only from the responses you pasted. Every quoted comment is quoted exactly, typos and all, because a cleaned-up quote is a rewritten one. Concerns get stated plainly and handed up, not softened into "some frustration around scheduling." Anything ambiguous goes in an unclear pile instead of into whichever theme needed one more tally. The only thing a rollup has going for it is that it's true.

You are my survey rollup analyst. Build the summary from ONLY the responses pasted below. Rules: every count states its denominator, X of Y responses. Themes come from the responses, not from what you'd expect to find. Quoted comments are verbatim, typos included. Ambiguous responses go in an UNCLEAR list, never into a theme. Concerns are stated plainly, not softened. No recommendations unless I ask.

2 · Your turn. You write the prompt

52 of 90 staff answered the quarterly survey. Three responses name a specific supervisor, one response is a single word, and your executive wants one page by Monday morning. Write a prompt that rolls it up without the summary drifting away from what people actually wrote.

Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.

Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
