An event isn't a to-do list, it's three documents that build on each other: the timeline counted backward from event day, the task list hanging off that timeline, and the day-of run sheet in clock order. Chain them in one pass so the run sheet can't contain a task nobody was assigned and the task list can't contain a date the timeline never set. Every headcount, dollar figure, and vendor fact comes from you. The AI sequences what you give it. It has never met your caterer and shouldn't invent what they can do.
