The auditor is going to pull the files you didn't check. That's not cynicism, that's sampling. So make the AI be that auditor a week early: hand it your inventory and your checklist and tell it its job is to find the soft spot, not to reassure you. Red-teaming works when the tool is scored on what it finds, not on how good it makes you feel, so say that out loud in the prompt. Then it hands you the five questions it would ask standing in your file room, and you get to answer them on a Tuesday instead of on audit day.

Audit day is a week out. Your checklist says 58 of 62 charts are clean and the four open ones are all the same missing form. That's the story you'd tell. Write a prompt that makes the AI find the story you're not telling.
