Nobody digitizes 34 boxes. They digitize one box, then another, and the only real decision is what order, because the wrong order means nothing visible happens for two months. Ask for a specific artifact, a triage plan that sequences your piles by how often each gets pulled and how big each one is, and you get something you can start Monday. The easy yes runs both directions: easy for you to begin, and easy for your executive to approve, because the first finished pile lands in week one instead of quarter two.
