Three department heads send three different animals: a spreadsheet, a paragraph, and a bulleted list somebody typed on a phone. Your executive reads one page. Pinning the output is the whole move here, name the sections, name their order, name the row count, say what goes in each column. Same shape every Monday means they learn where to look and read it in ninety seconds. It also means a number that moved jumps off the page, because everything around it sat still. Format drift is what makes a weekly report feel like homework.
