Stage tomorrow before you leave
Lesson 6 of 6 · The Daily Rhythm
1 · Learn the move · Recipe pattern
The recipe pattern is a fixed sequence with an input and an output at every step, and the last twenty minutes of your day is exactly the work that should never depend on your memory at 5:40pm. Six steps: pull tomorrow's calendar, pull the list rows due tomorrow, match them, name the materials, draft the huddle page, park what nobody touched. Same order every night. Any step whose input is thin yields a visible blank instead of a step you quietly skipped.
Run my tomorrow-setup recipe. Six steps in order, each showing its input, the action, and its output: (1) tomorrow's calendar, (2) master list rows due tomorrow, (3) match rows to meetings, (4) materials each meeting needs, (5) draft the huddle page, (6) park what nobody touched, with ages. Missing input = [NEEDS: ...] and keep going. [calendar + master list]
2 · Your turn. You write the prompt
You leave at 5:45 and every morning starts by discovering what you did not do the night before. It's Wednesday, tomorrow has five entries and two things due, and one of the two is already two days late. Write a prompt that turns the last twenty minutes into a sequence you can run tired.
Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.
Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
