Walking into a leadership meeting knowing only the agenda is how a thirty-minute item becomes seventy. Multi-persona hands you the room in advance: give the AI each leader's role, what they own, and what they've actually said before, then have it argue the proposal from each chair, what they'll push on, what they'll want protected, what would get their yes. Only from the notes you supply, never an invented personality. Then your executive walks in with the three real objections already answered instead of meeting them live in front of everybody.

Your executive is proposing that scheduling move off the shared spreadsheet and into one system. Four leaders are in the room, and one of them built that spreadsheet six years ago and still maintains it every Sunday night. Write a prompt that anticipates the room before your executive walks into it.
