Warm at the front, every time
Lesson 1 of 6 · Front Office & Events
1 · Learn the move · Role-play
The front desk is where people decide what kind of place this is, and warmth under pressure is a skill, not a personality trait. Role-play is how you practice it without practicing on a real visitor. Have the AI write the scripts from your actual policies, then play the hard ones back at you: the walk-in with no appointment, the caller who wants your executive right now, the family member who's already upset. You answer, it pushes, you find the words before you need them. Then it drops character and tells you which line went stiff or promised something you can't deliver.
Two parts, in order. PART 1: write my front-desk scripts for [3 situations], using only the policies I pasted below. PART 2: role-play each person at their most difficult, one at a time, and make me answer. Stay in character until I type "break," then tell me which of my answers went stiff, over-promised, or gave out something I shouldn't have. [my policies]
2 · Your turn. You write the prompt
You cover the front desk between everything else. Two situations get you every time: the walk-in who wants a supervisor right now, and the caller who won't say what it's about but insists your executive knows them. Write a prompt that builds the scripts and then makes you practice them until the words come out steady.
Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.
Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
