A folder tree is a template, not a hobby. The usual mistake is building it around who made the file, which means every new hire has to learn your brain before they can save anything. Build it around what the file IS, so the same question always lands in the same place. Hand the AI your record types and your team, and make it output the whole tree with one line of what lives here and one line of what does not under every folder. Depth is where trees die: three levels, then stop.
