A client-records export goes stale the day it's made: two records for the same person, a phone number wrong since 2023, a status field reading active about somebody who moved away last spring. You don't fix that in one pass, you fix it in rounds, because each round changes what the next one finds, and a single mega-prompt asking for everything returns a list nobody works. Export de-identified, record numbers and fields, names left behind. The AI works the numbers, you apply the fixes in the system by record number, and nobody's name leaves the building.

Run hygiene in four passes and stop after each one for my go-ahead: (1) likely duplicate records with the evidence, (2) blank required fields, (3) internal contradictions, (4) format inconsistencies. Flag, never fix. Output the record number and the proposed change. Never merge records and never fill a blank with a likely value. [export]

Your client-records export runs 1,240 rows and you already know at least three people are in it twice, because they came back after a gap and got re-entered. Somebody has to clean it before the quarterly report goes out. Write a prompt that works the export in passes without a single name leaving the building.
