Resolve the collision with options, not apologies

Spec the shape or you get an apology with a question mark on the end. A conflict email has four parts and no fifth: one line naming the collision, exactly two options with real dates and times, the default if nobody replies, and a reply-by date. Told only to "handle the conflict," the AI opens with regret and closes with "let me know what works," and now the collision is your problem twice. Name the sections, name the order, cap the words. Two options resolve in one round. Three start a committee.
Turn this collision into an email in exactly this shape: (1) one sentence naming the conflict and the time, (2) exactly two options, each with a real date, time, and what it costs, (3) one line stating what happens by default if I hear nothing, (4) a reply-by date and the one person to reply to.
