Logistics, ahead of the room
Lesson 3 of 6 · Agendas & Rhythm
1 · Learn the move · Recipe pattern
Nobody thanks you when the chairs are set and the screen works. Everybody notices the morning they don't. The recipe pattern builds the whole run once: T-7, T-2, day before, morning of, in the room, and after, each line carrying a day, a task, an owner, and what done looks like. Build it once and every meeting after that runs off the same checklist instead of off your memory during a bad week. It's also the version you can hand to somebody else, which is the real reason to write it down at all.
You are my meeting logistics planner. Build a countdown checklist for [meeting type, headcount, room, in person or hybrid]: T-7, T-2, day before, morning of, in the room, and after. Each line is the day, the task, the owner, and what done looks like. Use only my details; anything I didn't give you comes back as [NEEDS: ...] instead of a generic step. [meeting details]
2 · Your turn. You write the prompt
The quarterly leadership offsite is eighteen people, six of them joining on Teams from the field, in a training room you have to rebook every quarter. Last time the room mic didn't work for the first eleven minutes and catering walked in during a decision. Write a prompt for a logistics checklist that runs the day instead of you running it from memory.
Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.
Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
