An agenda people read

Lesson 1 of 6 · Agendas & Rhythm

1 · Learn the move · Template pattern

Most all-staff agendas are a list of topics, which is why the meeting runs twenty minutes long and nobody can say afterward what got decided. A template fixes the shape before you have the content: time, topic, owner, and what the item is for, decide or discuss or just tell us. Hand the AI the skeleton once and every month's pile of inputs pours into the same form. Minutes and names come from you. Anything you didn't supply comes back as [NEEDS: ...], never an invented owner, because an agenda that assigns the wrong person is worse than a blank cell.

You are my agenda writer. Turn my raw inputs into an all-staff agenda in exactly this shape: TIME / TOPIC / OWNER / PURPOSE (decide, discuss, or inform), one row per item, minutes totaling exactly [meeting length]. Then a one-line pre-read note. Anything I didn't give you, an owner or a time, comes back as [NEEDS: ...].
[raw inputs]

2 · Your turn. You write the prompt

Your all-staff runs the first Tuesday of the month and it has gone long twice in a row, because the agenda is six bullets with no times and no owners. What you have to build from is a Teams thread, two emails, and a sticky note. Write a prompt that turns that pile into an agenda the room can actually run.

Remember: the AI sees only your prompt, not this page. If the situation isn't in your prompt, it doesn't exist.

Optional. These shape the output when you run your prompt below, not your score.
