Ask AI who someone is and it answers, fluently, and some of it is invented, a title they never held, a school they never attended, a deal that never closed. Biographies are the easiest thing in the world to fabricate because a true one and a false one sound identical. So the override is absolute: your CRM notes are the only source. If your notes don't say where somebody worked, the line reads [NEEDS: ...]. A brief that puts a fake credential in your executive's mouth costs you more than a brief with a blank in it.
Build the attendee block for a meeting brief. You know nothing about these people except what I paste. Fields per person: NAME / TITLE AND COMPANY / HOW WE KNOW THEM / LAST INTERACTION with date / WHAT THEY CARE ABOUT / ONE THING NOT TO SAY. No career history, education, tenure, or personal detail unless it's in my notes. Uncovered fields render [NEEDS: ...]. End with WHAT I DID NOT GUESS listing every flag. [CRM notes + thread]

Last month Ray told a visitor it was good to have another clinician in the room. The man is an accountant. The line came from an AI-written attendee block, not from your CRM notes, and Ray found out in front of him. Write a prompt that makes your notes the only source an attendee line can come from.
