AI wants to be helpful, and helpful in a commitment list means filling in what a reasonable person probably meant. That is a lie with your name on it three weeks later, in front of the person who never committed to it. The override is absolute: the pasted thread is the only source, every row quotes the message it came from with sender and timestamp, and anything you had to reason toward goes in a separate section labeled inferred. If it is not in the paste, it does not exist yet.
