The 50 prompts, in full

Every prompt behind We gave four AIs a week of an executive's messy inputs. Almost none invented a commitment. Only one told us what it could not confirm.. Published so the test is reproducible, not just described. Run them yourself and see whether today's models do any better.

How to re-run it

  1. Fresh session per prompt, consumer defaults, no custom instructions or memory.
  2. Paste the prompt exactly as written below. Nothing added, nothing trimmed.
  3. Screen each output against the packet's own commitments. Every task and calendar row must trace to something the sources actually committed to; every real commitment must appear, with the owner and the date it was given. What is left over is invented, missing, or corrupted.

Packets marked Baited plant one of the three things a real week plants: a half-commitment, a date floated and never agreed, or a task assigned to someone else. The The trap column names it. Neutral packets are straight — every commitment in them is real.
