Two disciplines separate deployed from durable: secrets (calendar and mail credentials) live in the platform's encrypted config, never in the deployed code, and every run logs somewhere you actually look, a channel, a log sheet. A morning triage job that fails silently fails for weeks, and the first anyone knows is a missed deadline.
