Same fresh-context principle as code review, pointed at what circulates: a critic agent that checks every outgoing document against the house style, a taste checklist, AND the record. Nothing stated as agreed that isn't, nothing included that shouldn't circulate, the classification footer present. It catches the sloppy drift you've stopped seeing and the sentence that would embarrass the office.
